This was one of those tracks where you don’t really have any benefit qualifying straight to the main. In Semi practice this morning everything was on point and I could click off great times lap after lap.

In the main the track had a few new bumps in my lines as well as some more dust at a few parts of the track where I didn’t get it right during the main. However I felt comfortable at the pace I was doing in the main and knew that it would be difficult for Hampus to close a 15sec gap as long as I kept my car on the wheels which I did👊🏼

HB did a podium lock out at the race with Elias finishing in 3rd place! Unfortunately he had some bad luck at the last race and couldn’t join myself and Hampus on the podium for the overall championship.

Now we just have a 9,5h drive back home! However it was great to visit this new facility and track in Sundsvall. Great work by everyone finishing it just in time for the event. Great opportunities at this place in the future👌🏼
