I quickly moved my Agama A319 into the top 3 positions and then up to 2nd at the half way point before having a small runaway.

I managed to keep it going and still battling in the top 3 until a larger and race ending runaway happened! We’re still not sure what caused it and why, but we felt it was best to retire the car and avoid the risk of injury a spectator.

My teamie @brandon__300__ was also racing back to a strong finish and good chance of a podium before an earlier crash had bent his exhaust pipe into his car and eventually the engine was cut by the body shell.

Man, our luck was not with us on this day! But above all, we had a great time with our team and other RCGP participants. The RCGP crew did a great job and the media coverage was next level. This is why we signed up and the future of RC relies on us pushing to the next level! #growrc
