The IFMAR 1/8 nitro off road world championships has come to and end!
Firstly I want to congratulate the whole RC-Redován crew for an unbelievable event and track for us all to enjoy, you made this one to remember so thank you
My race was also one I will never forget, in qualifying, we were consistent allowing me to get top 15 runs, although we lacked a little speed to really break into the top 10.
Come finals we made a set up change to my XB8’22 and it came alive, in the 1/2 I drove a fast and clean race to cross the line 1 second behind Bruno which took us both into the main final
Along with TY there were 3 Xray XB8 cars Into the main show
I really enjoyed the final, I had a good race with Ogden killic and Berton pretty much the whole way through. My only trouble was my driving stand position was totally different from the semi which I think led to a few mistakes early on to prevent any chance of a higher finishing position.
P.S my FX K303 ran phenomenal the whole hour main, I really can’t believe how good the power, runtime and stability was
To finish 10th in the world really feels amazing and I’m just happy to be in there racing with the best, it makes me want to keep going and try achieve even more!!
