And what a roller coaster ride of a race it was…. Finals day I gave it my absolute all in what would end up to be a tough day to swallow. Firing away in 6th in the 1/4 A I knew it wouldn’t be easy but believed in my capabilities and was ready to leave it all out on the table. My race started and would become difficult from the beginning, turn three I got absolutely ruined by a driver behind me, not sure who hit me but it happened regardless and dropped me to dead last on the first lap. After that moment I knew I could make it back to the top 4 as I had the pace and the experience to do so… I gave it everything I had over that 30 minutes and managed to crawl my way right up to 4th place to fight for the final bump. Unfortunately I would come up just short of a few seconds and miss out on moving up to the semi, this would see my worlds done and dusted. This by far was one of the most competitive worlds I have ever raced in and also one of the toughest for me personally. At the end of the day I’m still proud of the effort I gave and the work I put in leading up to this race; regardless of the final result, I would finish in 26th overall. This being only the 2nd time I have not made a worlds A final, I can’t be too hard on myself 

Thank you so so much to the Redovan crew, the baldo family, the people who put in all of the work to create such an epic event that we only get to experience every two years… This was one of the best run worlds I have been too and I can say that confidently

 Congrats to our @sworkzrc team for all of their work and support, it was so nice to finally meet many of you and catch up with MANY old friends 

To my team mate @canas_rc for his excellent driving all week to put himself in the final and to finish in 3rd place just proves how competitive our car can be, bravo Juan 

Finally my hat completely goes off to Davide ongaro for the elite performance he displayed during the final, he is undoubtedly the man to beat and to back to back win a world championship is something special! Thank you to my father all of my sponsors for everything you continue to do for me, this is only a lesson in the road and there is no doubt I will always come back stronger
