Dirt Nitro Challenge 2023
The 2023 DNC was wet, cold, challenging, and crazy! It was definitely one to remember! Even though it was challenging this was my best DNC. I had a rough E-buggy and Nitro Truggy event. Finishing 35th in Pro E-Buggy and 24th in Pro Nitro Truck. I was very happy with my Pro Nitro Buggy results. I had an 8th overall in round 2 and was only a second short of making it directly into the A main. I would start 4th in the B main and stay there for quite awhile but eventually fell back to 7th and finished P17 overall. In Pro E-Truggy I had a great round 1 qualifier finishing 2nd for the round which would put me 4th on the grid for the main. I knew I would need to have no mistakes with the level of competition in the class this year. I had a flawless run but so did Joey Bourdon and I could not close the gap and finished 2nd to make it on my first DNC podium. 🏆 I am very happy with my results this week and want to thank everyone that supports me with the products to compete at the highest level. Special shout out to Jay Beardmore for the hospitality and home base for the week.
