Montpellier GP in E-Buggy is done!
Came straight from testing in Spain and last track we went to there was Redovan which was a lot different from this past weekend. So car was a bit off from the start but we improved step by step.
By the time mains were around my car was starting to feel really good. Unfortunately I had a rough A1 on my side, then in A2 I was taken out on the start in the first corner. Worked my way back up being 9-10th on first lap to finish 4th just 2sec from the win.
In A3 I was right there in the battle but as it got a little warmer my car was a bit soft on oils and I couldn’t really push it and had to drive a bit careful, so wasn’t able to score any better point in that one coming home in 5th just around 3sec from the win.
As I didn’t have any shot at the overall I made some changes between A3 and A4 that worked out really well. I wish I would have done them earlier but that’s always easy to say.. Everything was on point in the last main and I could comfortably push the car. Ended up 2nd in that one 0.1sec from the win which Remy got😉
Even though the result wasn’t what I came here for I’m happy that I found a good balance of the car in the end as it’s easier going back home knowing the speed was very good in the end💪🏼
Great job to fellow @corsatecrc driver Remy Bermudez on the great win! 👏🏻
Onto the next one! NXC Warmup👌🏼
