The competition has never been this high and there’s no room for error with your driving or car setup. Miss one little detail on those things and you might crack the top 25.

With a p10 in Q3 of nitro buggy I was hopeful to turn it around and make the main in at least one class with another good run but I didn’t choose the right line in Q3 and one of the many ruts would shuffle me to the bottom of the hardest B main you’ve ever seen, tough. I focused hard before and during that B main, ran really clean laps and was happy with the effort but some misfortune with a pileup on the start would ruin any shot I had at being in the battle.

Overall it was a huge learning experience with the new platform and the #hbracing team did great as a whole, time to hit the track and get some comfort and speed back before nationals in Chico!
