The most important race of the year 2023 Roar fuel 1/8 off-road nationals came to an end .
Despite Phi making the semifinal in buggy (26th) and (14th) truggy…I was quite disappointed with myself not handling the pressure and stress well that we encountered..throwing the headset and putting all the blame on Phi’s driving.

Early on we made a crucial setup change that literally Phi had to race thru out the event.. along with the radio issue we had sure didnt help …missing a round of much needed track times we was behind. And also we race on an engine that wasn’t fully broken in which causes us a couple flame outs in the semi and resulting a barley 3rd in junior class.

Our mistakes and failures only make us better so onto the next race..

About the facility..all I can say is wow…the driver stand alone is amazing ..let alone the track. Silver dollar raceway what a facility!

I want to thank the entire hb team especially (Cody)and 1army crew for the assistance…we had a great time regardless.
