Asian Buggy Championships round 1 is done. What an event. The largest ever international event in NZ and it was epic. Counties RC Car Club did a sensational job hosting and Scotty Ernst pulled together a program that had everyone smiling and enjoying themselves.
Congrats to all the winners across the classes, there were some epic battles in the finals!
Today was a solid day, managed to qualify direct to the A main so the focus was on the Masters main and then the Open main.
After wholesale changes to the car before Q4 we put them to work in the mains and it paid off. P1 in the masters and 7th in the open main. Really happy with all the learning on the tough track. Was great to race with the NZ boys and everyone internationally.
