What an epic ending for our 3 week trip!

This was my first time attending to the Philippine Masters and I have to say that this was super nice race.

I was able to show how good our new Mayako prototype E-buggy powered with Team Cayote elctronics can perform on this kind of tracks. Taking TQ in round 4 of qualifying and winning the first leg of triple A-main. Last two mains were super close but I finished 2nd in both and Davide having better overall time I finished 2nd overall! Super happy about this result even tough the win was super close.

In nitro buggy my car also worked super good and I was able to start well in the final and work my way up to 4th at the start. After some time my wheel got dirt stuck to the edge of the wheel so it looked like it was unglued and when we came in for fuel JQ tried to check the tire but there was a screw popping out in the pitlane which unfortunately touched the flywheel and shut the engine. At the end I had a good race for 2nd place and before the last laps I was in 2nd position but I unfortunately ran out of fuel in the last lap. Luckily I still finished 4th overall!

Overall it was amazing weekend of racing and seeing new people and get to know Mayako drivers from Australia and Asia! We have a best team for sure!

Huge thanks to Invisible Speed RC for making my cars amazing to drive and helping me with the mental game also!
