Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy
Last Updated: April 20, 2025
1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
House of RC is committed to creating and maintaining a safe online environment for all users, especially children. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Protecting children is a paramount responsibility, and we take any violation of this policy with the utmost seriousness.
This policy outlines prohibited conduct and content related to CSAE on House of RC and the actions we will take in response to violations.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all users of House of RC and all content generated, shared, or posted on our services, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, links, user profiles, private messages, and live streams.
3. Definitions
For the purpose of this policy, Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) includes, but is not limited to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction (including images, videos, illustrations, cartoons, AI-generated content) or audio recording that sexually exploits a child or depicts child sexual abuse. This includes material where individuals depicted appear to be minors, regardless of the actual age of those involved.
- Solicitation of Minors: Any attempt to lure, entice, or persuade a minor (or someone believed to be a minor) into sexual activity, offline meetings for sexual purposes, or the production of CSAM.
- Grooming: Actions deliberately undertaken to build a relationship or trust with a child (or someone perceived as a child) with the intention of future sexual abuse or exploitation. This can include inappropriate questioning, sharing personal information, gift-giving, or attempts to isolate the child.
- Sexual Extortion ("Sextortion"): Threatening to distribute intimate images or information about a minor to coerce them into sexual acts, providing more explicit content, or other demands.
- Promoting or Facilitating CSAE: Sharing information, resources, links, or instructions that enable, encourage, or facilitate any form of CSAE.
4. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on House of RC:
- Creating, uploading, posting, sharing, distributing, or linking to any form of CSAM.
- Engaging in grooming behaviors targeting minors or users perceived to be minors.
- Soliciting minors for sexual purposes or explicit content.
- Engaging in or threatening sexual extortion against minors.
- Promoting, glorifying, or facilitating CSAE in any form.
- Sharing personal identifying information of minors in a context that could place them at risk of exploitation.
- Using House of RC to coordinate or plan offline activities related to CSAE.
5. Reporting Suspected CSAE
The safety of our community relies on vigilance from both our team and our users. We strongly encourage anyone who encounters content or behavior they suspect violates this policy to report it immediately.
- How to Report: Use the built-in reporting tools available on content posts, profiles, or messages. Click the 'Report' button at the bottom of the page and select “CSAE” or type or email us at contact@houseofrc.com.
- What to Include: Provide as much detail as possible, including links to the content/profile, usernames involved, and a description of why you believe it violates this policy.
- Urgency: Reports related to suspected CSAE are treated with the highest priority by our safety team.
Do not attempt to investigate yourself or collect/share suspected CSAM. Report it directly through the designated channels.
6. Enforcement and Platform Actions
Upon receiving a report or detecting potential CSAE content or conduct, House of RC will take appropriate action, which may include:
- Review and Investigation: Our trained safety team will promptly review the reported content or behavior.
- Content Removal: Any content confirmed to violate this policy will be immediately removed.
- Account Suspension/Termination: Users found to be violating this policy will face account suspension or permanent termination without warning.
- Preservation of Evidence: We may preserve evidence related to the violation in accordance with legal requirements.
- Reporting to Authorities: House of RC is legally obligated in many jurisdictions to report identified instances of CSAM and potentially other forms of CSAE to relevant law enforcement agencies and/or designated organizations (such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the U.S., or equivalent national bodies). We will comply fully with these legal obligations.
7. User Responsibility
All users are expected to adhere to this policy and our Community Guidelines. By using House of RC, you agree not to engage in any prohibited activities. Help us keep the community safe by using our reporting tools responsibly.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, platform features, or best practices. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of House of RC after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
